来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征伴不孕症效果及用药安全性的观察

摘　　要：目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴不孕症采用来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗的应用价值。方法选取84例PCOS伴不孕症患者,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各42例。对照组采用来曲唑联合注射用尿促性素治疗,研究组采用来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组成熟卵泡直径大于对照组,成熟卵泡个数多于对照组,临床妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.38%与对照组的7.14%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PCOS伴不孕症患者实施来曲唑联合调经促孕丸治疗,能够有效改善患者性激素水平,促使卵泡发育,提升临床妊娠率,且安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To analyze the application value of letrozole combined with regulating menstrual and pregnancy promoting pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with infertility.Methods 84 PCOS patients with infertility were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole combined with urogonadotropin,and the study group was treated with letrozole combined with regulating menstrual and pregnancy promoting pills.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The level of estradiol(E_(2))in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of testosterone(T)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the study group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The diameter of mature follicles and the number of mature follicles in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study group(2.38%)and the control group(7.14%)(P>0.05).Conclusion For PCOS patients with infertility,the treatment of letrozole combined with regulating menstrual and pregnancy promoting pills can effectively improve the sex hormone indexes of patients,promote follicle development,and increase the clinical pregnancy rate,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
