血清孕酮联合β-HCG检测在早期先兆流产中的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析血清孕酮联合β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)检测在早期先兆流产中的诊断价值。方法选取24例早期先兆流产孕妇为观察组;另选取同期24例健康孕妇为对照组。两组均检测血清孕酮联合β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平,并观察诊断效能。结果观察组血清孕酮水平为(15.35±2.12)ng/ml,明显低于对照组的(25.43±4.23)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平为(10236.54±1221.45)mIU/ml,明显低于对照组的(17588.24±1145.75)mIU/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清孕酮、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素联合检测的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值与阴性预测值显著优于单项检测(P<0.05)。结论健康孕妇与早期先兆流产孕妇在血清孕酮及β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平上有明显区别,可以作为早期先兆流产的重要指标,且联合检测的临床诊断效果更理想。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum progesterone combined withβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)in early threatened abortion.Methods 24 pregnant women with early threatened abortion were selected as the observation group and 24 healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group.The levels of serum progesterone combined withβ-human chorionic gonadotropin were measured in both groups,and the diagnostic efficacy was observed.Results The serum progesterone level in the observation group was(15.35±2.12)ng/ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.43±4.23)ng/ml,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of human chorionic gonadotropin in the observation group was(10236.54±1221.45)mIU/ml,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(17588.24±1145.75)mIU/ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin combined test were significantly better than those of single test(P<0.05).Conclusion There are obvious differences in serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin levels between healthy pregnant women and pregnant women with early threatened abortion,which can be used as an important indicator of early threatened abortion,and the clinical diagnosis effect of combined test is more ideal.
