摘　　要：早孕合并门静脉血栓(PVT)发病率低,临床症状缺乏特异性,延误诊断治疗可能引起严重后果。本文报道1例经保守治疗成功分娩的病例,结合该病例对妊娠合并急性、慢性门静脉血栓的诊断治疗进行文献分析。The incidence of early pregnancy with portal vein thrombosis(PVT)is low,the clinical symptoms lack specificity,and delayed diagnosis and treatment may cause serious consequences.This paper reports a case of successful delivery after conservative treatment.Combined with this case,the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic portal vein thrombosis in pregnancywere analyzed.
