子宫动静脉畸形导致晚期产后出血介入治疗2例及文献复习

摘　　要：报道由于子宫动静脉畸形引起晚期产后出血的2例患者,入院后经给予积极对症治疗和及时行介入栓塞治疗,取得良好的临床效果。现将这2份病例进行分享,复习诊疗过程并结合相关文献资料,分析该病例病史、临床表现、诊断、治疗措施及治疗结局,并进行相关讨论,以期提高对该类型疾病的了解、诊断和治疗水平,降低孕产妇病死率,并对预防提供一定参考。Two cases of late postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine arteriovenous malformations were reported.Positive symptomatic treatment and timely interventional embolization were given after admission,and good clinical results were achieved.These two cases are now shared,the diagnosis and treatment process is reviewed,the medical history,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment measures and treatment outcome of this case are analyzed in combination with relevant literature,and relevant discussions are carried out,with a view to improving the understanding,diagnosis and treatment level of this type of disease,reducing the case fatality rate of pregnant women,and providing certain references for prevention.
