摘  要:介绍了甲醇制低碳烯烃装置急冷水系统的作用及固含量高的危害,针对包头某公司甲醇制低碳烯烃装置急冷水系统固含量高的问题,设计了一种急冷水沉降罐系统,并选取多聚季铵盐为液体高温萃取剂、聚丙烯酰胺类为固体絮凝剂。该系统正常投用后,可以将急冷水系统中的固体催化剂有效排出,并长时间将急冷水系统的固含量维持在较低水平,确保急冷水系统的稳定运行。The function of quench water system of methanol to low carbon olefin unit and the harm of high solid content were introduced.In view of the problem of high solid content in quench water system of methanol to low carbon olefin unit of a company in Baotou,a quench water settling tank system was designed.Polyquaternary ammonium salt was selected as liquid high temperature extractant and polyacrylamide as solid flocculant.After the system was put into normal operation,the solid catalyst in the quench water system could be effectively discharged,and the solid content of the quench water system could be maintained at a low level for a long time to ensure the stable operation of the quench water system.
