摘  要:为保证煤矿区巷道支护性能,提高煤炭资源开采过程中的安全性,研究了煤矿区丙烯纤维混凝土喷层支护技术。以某煤矿开采区巷道的水泵房与通风机房作为研究区域,选取丙烯纤维、水泥、钢纤维等材料并设置材料配合比后,配制丙烯纤维混凝土和钢纤维混凝土用于模拟对比分析;设计施工参数后,使用两种混凝土进行喷层支护施工;利用支护力学分析方法分析两种混凝土喷层支护体的力学性能,并使用堆砌法在FLAC3D程序内建立使用不同混凝土喷层支护体模型,展开两种混凝土支护效果模拟分析。模拟结果表明:在荷载力相同时,丙烯纤维混凝土喷层支护体塑性区承受的荷载力低于钢纤维混凝土喷层支护体;丙烯纤维混凝土喷层支护体的顶板最大下沉量数值较小,且其在相同荷载时的挠度曲线增加幅度较为缓慢,坚固性较好,具备较为显著的应用性。In order to ensure the support performance of coal mine tunnel and improve the safety during the coal resource mining,the propylene fiber shotcrete lining support technology in the coal mining area was studied.Taking the water pump room and ventilation roomof one coal mining area tunnel as the research area,selecting such materials as propylene fiber,cement and steel fiber,and setting the material mix ratio,propylene fiber concrete and steel fiber concrete were prepared for the simulation and comparative analysis.After the design of construction parameters,the propylene fiber concrete and steel fiber concrete were used for the shotcrete support construction according to these parameters.Using the analysis method of support mechanics,the mechanical properties of two types of shotcrete support bodies were analyzed,and the models of different shotcrete lining supports were established in FLAC3D program by using the stacking method,and the simulation analysis of the two kinds of concrete support effects was carried out by using the model.The simulation results showed that when the load forces were the same,the plastic zone of the propylene fiber shotcrete support had higher load forces than the steel fiber shotcrete support,with good support capacity.The maximum subsidence value of the roof of the propylene fiber shotcrete support was small,and its deflection curve increased slowly under the same load,with good robustness and great applicability.
