摘 要:高校科研数据管理是贯穿科研数据全生命周期的重要建设内容之一,通过实现对学者数据、学科数据、学院数据和学校数据的多层级、全覆盖管理,为学校各级各类主体提供多元化的数据服务,从而形成从管理到服务的良性循环,为高校数据战略方案进行数据资产的保存与使用提供有力支持。文章以大海洋科研数据管理平台建设为例,通过需求描述和实践探索,以开源软件Dataverse为基础构建了大海洋科研数据管理平台,逐步满足高校各级各类主体不同的科研数据管理与共享服务需求,并对基础模型进行了未来展望。该平台不仅具有较高的应用价值,而且对推动高校科研数据管理的发展和推广具有重要意义。The management of university scientific research data is one of the important construction contents throughout the entire life cycle of university scientific research data.By implementing multi-level and full coverage management of scholar data,discipline data,college data,and school data,it provides diversified data services for various entities at all levels of the university,thereby forming a virtuous cycle from management to service and providing strong support for the preservation and use of data assets in university data strategic plans.Taking the construction of a large marine scientific research data management platform as an example,through demand description and practical exploration,and based on the open source software Dataverse,this article constructs a large marine scientific research data management platform,gradually meeting the different scientific research data management and shared service needs of various entities at all levels in universities,and provides a future outlook for the basic model.This platform not only has high application value,but also has important significance in promoting the development and promotion of scientific research data management in universities.
