摘　　要：目的:分析超声引导下导丝定位在不可触及乳腺病灶切除中的应用意义。方法:选取2021年6月~2022年6月在本院接受治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,80例患者均为女性,共存在90个乳腺病灶,经临床扪诊检查结果均为阴性,均通过外科切除进行活检,利用超声引导实施导丝定位。结果:经检查后得出良性病灶、高风险病灶和癌症占比分别为70%、23.3%、6.7%,癌性病灶中导管原位癌、浸润性导管癌占比分别为2.2%、4.5%,导丝定位时间3~16min,平均6.3min,切除时间19~38min,平均29.5min,病灶直径在4~21mm,平均11.23mm,切除过程中未出现其他并发症。结论:通过超声引导可以加快导丝定位时间,尽快完成病灶切除手术,提高手术安全性。Objective:To analyze the application significance of ultrasound-guided guide wire positioning in the resection of non-palpable breast lesions.Methods:A total of 80 patients treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,80 patients were female,a total of 90 breast lesions,clinical palpable examination results were negative,all underwent surgical resection for biopsy,using ultrasound guidance to perform guide wire localization.Results:After examination,benign lesions,high-risk lesions and cancer accounted for 70%,23.3%and 6.7%,respectively.Ductal carcinoma in situ and invasive ductal carcinoma accounted for 2.2%and 4.5%,respectively.Guide wire positioning time ranged from 3min to 16min,with an average positioning time of 6.3min and resection time ranging from 19min to 38min.The mean resection time was 29.5min.The diameter of the lesions ranged from 4mm to 21mm,with an average diameter of 11.23mm.No other complications occurred during the resection.Conclusion:Ultrasound guidance can accelerate the positioning time of guide wire,complete the lesion resection as soon as possible,improve the safety of surgery.
