摘　　要：目的:分析实施腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗的过程中GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子刀联合瑞神安SCL302A-90臭氧髓核消融术所获得的临床效果。方法:随机选取于医院接受腰椎间盘突出治疗的患者52例行实验研究,根据随机数字表法将患者分为研究组(n=26)与参照组(n=26),分别实施GAOTON DZXG3040-A340等离子刀联合瑞神安SCL302A-90臭氧髓核消融术治疗与等离子刀髓核消融术治疗。结果:两组患者术前、术后1个月疼痛程度并无显著差异,P>0.05;与参照组患者相比,研究组患者术后12个月疼痛评分相对较低,P<0.05。对比分析两组患者临床疗效后可知,研究组患者治疗优良率明显高于参照组患者,P<0.05。结论:在为腰椎间盘突出症患者实施治疗的过程中GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340等离子刀联合瑞神安SCL302A-90臭氧髓核消融术的临床应用效果相对较为理想。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340 plasma knife combined with Rishena SCL302A-90 ozone nucleus pulposus ablation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:52 patients who received treatment for lumbar disc herniation at the hospital were randomly selected for experimental research.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a study group(n=26)and a reference group(n=26).GAOTON DZX-G3040-A340 plasma knife combined with Rishena SCL302A-90 ozone nucleus pulposus ablation and plasma knife nucleus pulposus ablation were performed respectively.Results:There was no significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups of patients before and 1 month after surgery,P>0.05;Compared with the reference group patients,the pain score of the study group patients at 12 months after surgery was relatively low,P<0.05.After comparing and analyzing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,it can be seen that the excellent and good treatment rate of the study group patients is significantly higher than that of the reference group patients,P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,GAOTON DZXG3040-A340 plasma knife combined with Rishena SCL302A-90 ozone nucleus pulposus ablation has a relatively good clinical effect.
