摘　　要：目的:研究脂血对Sysmex XN-1000血液分析仪进行血常规检测过程中所产生的影响情况。方法:选择2020年1月~2021年12月在本院就诊且采用SysmexXN-1000血液分析仪进行血常规检测的健康人资料100例,通过制作血液标本,制备轻、中、重度脂血标本各25例,完全无脂血问题血液标本25例,将其分别定义为研究1组、研究2组、研究3组、对照组。对比各组研究对象血液分析的检测结果和阳性率。结果:研究3组研究对象血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度水平检测结果均高于研究2组(P<0.05);研究2组研究对象上述四项指标水平检测结果均高于研究1组(P<0.05);研究1组研究对象上述四项指标水平检测结果略高于对照组,组间数据比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究3组研究对象白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数水平检测结果均低于研究2组(P<0.05);研究2组研究对象上述三项指标水平检测结果均低于研究1组(P<0.05);研究1组检测结果略低于对照组,组间数据比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究3组研究对象血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞体积、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度、白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数水平检测结果阳性率高于研究2组(P<0.05);研究2组研究对象上述七项指标水平检测结果阳性率高于研究1组(P<0.05);研究1组阳性率略高于对照组,组间数据比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脂血问题的存在会对Sysmex XN-1000血液分析仪的血常规检测结果产生一定的影响,应引起人们的重视。Objective:To study the influence of lipid blood on the blood routine test of Sysmex XN-1000 blood analyzer.Methods:A total of 100 healthy people who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 and used Sysmex XN-1000 blood analyzer for blood routine examination were selected.Through making blood samples,25 cases of light,medium and severe lipid blood samples were prepared,and 25 cases of completely fat free blood samples were prepared.They were defined as study group 1,study group 2,study group 3,and control group respectively.The test results and positive rate of blood analysis of each group were compared.Results:The results of hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration in the three groups were higher than those in the two groups(P<0.05);The detection results of the above four indicators of the subjects in the 2 groups were higher than those in the 1 group(P<0.05);The test results of the above four indicators of the subjects in study group 1 were slightly higher than those in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).The white blood cell count,red blood cell count and platelet count of the subjects in the 3 groups were lower than those in the 2 groups(P<0.05);The detection results of the above three indicators of the subjects in the 2 groups were lower than those in the 1 group(P<0.05);The test results of study group 1 were slightly lower than those of the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular volume,mean corpuscular hemoglobin content,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration,white blood cell count,red blood cell count and platelet count in the 3 groups was higher than that in the 2 groups(P<0.05);The positive rate of the above seven indicators in the study group 2 was higher than that in the study group 1(P<0.05);The positive rate of study group 1 was slightly
