摘 要:目的:分析经阴道超声在不孕症患者卵泡发育情况监测中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2021年2月~2022年2月98例不孕症患者作为研究对象,所有患者应用经阴道超声监测其卵泡发育情况,评估经阴道超声在不孕症患者卵泡发育情况监测中的应用价值。结果:经阴道超声监测发现,可排卵不孕症患者与不排卵不孕症患者在卵泡期阻力指数、平均血流速度相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),黄体期阻力指数、平均血流速度相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:经阴道超声在不孕症患者卵泡发育情况监测中具有良好的应用效果,能够为临床医师掌握不孕症患者的卵泡发育情况提供更多更准确的信息,有利于为医师判断患者最佳的受孕时间提供指导,从而提高不孕症患者的受孕率;同时,阴道超声监测具有分辨率高、效果稳定、操作简单等方面优势,能够将不孕症患者体内卵泡发育的情况清晰直观的显示出来,可作为临床医师监测不孕症患者卵泡发育情况的主要方式。Objective:To analyze the effect of transvaginal ultrasonography in monitoring follicle development in infertile patients.Methods:98 cases of infertility patients from February 2021 to February 2022 in our hospital were selected as research objects.All patients were monitored by transvaginal ultrasound to evaluate the application value of transvaginal ultrasound in monitoring the development of follicles in infertility patients.Results:Transvaginal ultrasound monitoring showed that there were statistically significant differences between ovulation infertility patients and non-ovulation infertility patients in follicular phase resistance index and average blood flow velocity(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in luteal phase resistance index and average blood flow velocity(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound has a good application effect in monitoring follicle development in infertility patients,which can provide more and more accurate information for clinicians to grasp the follicle development of infertility patients,and is conducive to providing guidance for doctors to judge the best time of conception for patients,so as to improve the pregnancy rate of infertility patients.At the same time,vaginal ultrasound monitoring has the advantages of high resolution,stable effect,simple operation and other aspects,which can clearly and intuitively display the development of follicles in infertility patients,and can be used as the main way for clinicians to monitor the development of follicles in infertility patients.
