摘　　要：目的:分析手术室与供应室一体化运作中手术器械的管理措施。方法:选取本院的20名手术室护士为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各10名,分别采取常规管理和手术室与供应室一体化运作中专科团队管理干预,对比两组管理效果。结果:观察组护士的管理质量评分、医师满意度、器械包消毒合格率、清洗灭菌合格率均高于对照组且手术器械缺陷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取手术室与供应室一体化运作的专科团队管理方式进行手术器械管理,可以有效提升手术器械的消毒、清洗、灭菌合格率,避免发生不良事件,建议临床应用。Objective:To analyze the management measures of surgical instruments in the integrated operation of operating room and supply room.Methods:20 operating room nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects,randomly divided into control group and observation group of 10 each,and adopted the routine management intervention in the integrated operation of operating room and supply room,to compare the management effect of the two groups.Results:The management quality score,physician satisfaction,qualified rate of package disinfection and sterilization of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of surgical device defects was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The surgical instrument management by adopting the integrated operation of operating room and supply room can effectively improve the qualified rate of disinfection,cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments and avoid adverse events,so clinical application is recommended.
