摘　　要：目的:研讨对在精密手术器械清洗消毒中应用强化质量管理的效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2021年12月在本院消毒供应中心需要清洗消毒的精密手术器械共100件,设为对比组,实施常规器械清洗消毒管理;选取2022年1月~2022年12月在本院消毒供应中心需要清洗消毒的精密手术器械共100件,设为实验组,实施强化质量管理,比较不同管理模式的应用效果。结果:两组精密手术器械消毒质量对比,实验组高于对比组,两组比较存在差异性(P<0.05);两组精密手术器械清洗达标率与损坏率对比,实验组高(低)于对比组,两组比较存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:强化质量管理能够显著提高对精密手术器械清洗和消毒,整体提高对消毒供应中心的管理,确保手术能够顺利进行。Objective:Discuss the effectiveness of strengthening treatment management in the cleaning and disinfection of precision surgical instruments.Methods:Select a total of 100 precision surgical instruments that need to be cleaned and disinfected in our hospital’s disinfection supply center from January 2021 to December 2021,and set them as a control group to implement routine instrument cleaning and disinfection management;A total of 100 precision surgical instruments that need to be cleaned and disinfected in our hospital’s disinfection supply center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the experimental group,and strengthened quality management was implemented to compare the application effects of different management modes.Results:The comparison between the two groups of precision surgical instrument disinfection treatment showed that the experimental group was higher than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);The comparison of the cleaning compliance rate and damage rate of precision surgical instruments between the two groups showed that the experimental group had a higher(lower)than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening treatment management can significantly improve the cleaning and disinfection of precision surgical instruments,overall improve the management of disinfection supply centers,and ensure the smooth progress of surgeries.
