摘　　要：本文报道一例40岁女性患者,四肢反复出现疼痛性结节红斑6年余,先后19次于外院就诊均按“结节性红斑”诊断和治疗。4年前经皮肤组织液及病理检查被确诊为界线类偏瘤型麻风(BL)伴神经炎。抗麻风治疗期间Ⅱ型麻风反应频繁发作,予以沙利度胺、泼尼松为主的抗神经炎和麻风反应治疗,目前已治疗4年余,治疗效果明显,但Ⅱ型麻风反应减药即发作。We report a 40-year-old female with recurrent painful erythema nodosum on the limbs for more than 6 years.She was diagnosed and treated according to“erythema nodosum”for 19 times in other hospitals.The patient was diagnosed as borderline metachronous leprosy(BL)with neuritis by skin tissue fluid and pathological examination four years ago.TypeⅡleprosy reaction occurred frequently during anti-leprosy treatment.The patient has been treated with anti-neuritis and leprosy reaction based on thalidomide and prednisone for more than 4 years,and the therapeutic effect is obvious.
