摘　　要：皮肤血管炎是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的常见病变,表现为网状青斑的病例较少见。本文报道一例以网状青斑为首发临床表现的系统性红斑狼疮患者,该患者4年前下肢出现网状青斑,未予重视,导致病情延误。Cutaneous vasculitis is a common lesion of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),and livedo reticularis is rare.We report a case of systemic lupus erythematosus with livedo reticularis as the first clinical manifestation.Livedo reticularis occurred in the lower limbs of the patient 4 years ago which was not paid attention to,leading to the delay of the disease.
