摘　　要：近年来,由于我国经济的迅速增长,房地产业的发展,以及大量的房屋信息的积累,使得大量的信息被收集起来。这些信息既可以作为项目的可靠依据,也可以作为房屋的合法性和可靠性的重要指标,为决策者提供重要的信息支持。随着“互联网+政务服务”的发展,加强房地产档案的收集、整合和利用,以及建立有效的信息系统,不仅能够更好的满足企业和公众的需求,而且也是促进房地产行政机构改善公共服务质量的重要举措。本文深入探讨房地产档案的概念与特征,探析了档案管理工作过程中遇到的问题,讲解了房地产档案信息化管理的关键价值与房地产档案信息化管理工作中的运用实践策略。In recent years,due to the rapid growth of China's economy,the development of the real estate industry,and the accumulation of a large number of housing information,a lot of information has been collected.These information can be used as a reliable basis for the project,but also as an important indicator of the legitimacy and reliability of the house,to provide important information support for decision makers.With the development of"Internet+government services",strengthening the collection,integration and utilization of real estate archives,as well as establishing an effective information system,can not only better meet the needs of enterprises and the public,but also promote the real estate administrative agencies to improve the quality of public services.This paper deeply discusses the concept and characteristics of real estate archives,analyzes the problems encountered in the process of archives management,and explains the key value of real estate archives information management and the application of practical strategies in real estate archives information management.
