摘　　要：提升医养结合服务质量,深入推进医养结合发展是“十四五”健康老龄化发展任务和目标。本文从制度、经济、人员、技术维度对制约河北省医养结合优质高效发展的因素展开分析,并基于“健康中国”发展战略,从加强政策支持,完善管理制度,拓宽筹资渠道,加强人才队伍建设,重视信息化和智慧医养结合服务平台建设等方面提出优化路径。Improvement of medical-nursing combination service quality and further promotion of its development is the mission and target of Healthy Aging in the 14th Five-Year Plan.This paper analyzes the factors restricting the development quality and efficiency of medical-nursing combined service in Hebei Province from perspectives of system,economy,personnel and technology.Based on Healthy China development strategy,it proposes the optimization path of medical-nursing combination from these aspects of strengthening policy support,improving management system,broadening financing channels,strengthening construction of talent team,focusing the construction of informatization and intelligent medical-nursing pension service platform.
