转型发展背景下“三三三”质量监控与评价体系对本科生培养质量的成效研究

摘　　要：教学质量监控与评价体系是实现教学质量全面管理和提升人才培养质量的关键环节。本文对北华航天工业学院在转型发展期间推行的“三三三”质量监控与评价体系进行了详细阐述,研究找到了新体系在“管”“教”中的契合点。通过确定数据时域、纵横向分析,总结出“三三三”体系对本科生培养质量的成效情况和建议。Quality monitoring and evaluation system is the key-link to realize the overall management of teaching and to improve the quality of talent training.This article elaborates on the three-level quality monitoring and evaluation system implemented during the transitional period.Study has found the fit point of the new system in management and teaching.Through locating the data time domain,vertical and horizontal analysis,it summarizes the effectiveness of the system and offers suggestions on the quality of undergraduate training.
