摘 要:为解决建筑废弃物产量激增与治理紧迫问题,以专利数据为基础,应用LDA模型可视化呈现技术主题;构建云模型-组合赋权的建筑废弃物资源化技术成熟度评价模型,应用云模型综合评价企业技术成熟度等级,并以深圳某企业为例进行实证分析,验证了模型的可行性与合理性。结果表明:组合赋权法计算的结果更稳定,降低了评价主观性;影响企业技术发展的关键因素是经济与人才。研究结果可为其他企业提升自身技术水平提供一定理论依据。基于技术创新视角,为建筑废弃物资源化行业提供发展策略与建议。In order to solve the urgent problem of the surge of construction waste production and management,the research is based on patent data,and the LDA model is applied to visualize the technical theme.A cloud model-a combination weighting construction waste resource technology maturity evaluation model was constructed,and the cloud model was applied to comprehensively evaluate the technology maturity level of enterprises.An empirical analysis was carried out in an enterprise in Shenzhen to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model.The findings show that the results of the combined weighting method are more stable and the evaluation subjectivity is reduced.The key factors affecting the technological development of enterprises are economy and talent.The research results of this paper can provide some theoretical basis for other enterprises to improve their own technical level.Finally,based on the perspective of technological innovation,it provides development strategies and suggestions for the construction wasterecycling industry.
