摘　　要：在“双循环”新发展格局与“双碳”目标战略背景下,本文将中欧班列开通作为准自然实验,运用双重差分模型探究国际交通运输通道对城市绿色低碳转型的影响。研究发现:中欧班列开通能够有效促进城市绿色低碳转型。中欧班列开通对城市绿色低碳转型的影响具有显著的地区差异性,且绿色低碳发展效应在东部地区、老工业和资源型城市、科教资源水平较高与国家环境保护模范城市中更加显著。区域创新水平、外商直接投资规模和能源效率提升是中欧班列开通影响城市绿色低碳转型的重要渠道。中欧班列开通均能促进邻近非开通与开通城市绿色低碳转型,且影响效果在邻近开通城市中更明显。本研究能够为中国完善国际交通运输通道建设以及践行绿色低碳发展理念提供有益的政策启示。In the context of the new development pattern of“double cycle”and the strategy of“double carbon”target, this paper takes the Sino-Euro Cargo Railway as a quasi-natural experiment and uses a difference-in-difference model to investigate the impact of international transport corridors on the urban green and low-carbon transformation.The results show that: The Sino-Euro Cargo Railway can effectively promote urban green and low-carbon transformation.The impact of Sino-Euro Cargo Railway on urban green and low-carbon transformation shows significant regional differences, and the green low-carbon development effect is more significant in the eastern region, old industrial and resource-based cities, higher level of scientific and educational resources and national model cities of environmental protection.The regional innovation level, foreign direct investment scale and energy efficiency improvement are important channels through which the Sino-Euro Cargo Railway affects the green and low-carbon transformation of cities.The opening of the Sino-Euro Cargo Railway can promote the green and low-carbon transformation of neighboring non-opened and opened cities, and the impact is more obvious in the neighboring opening cities.This study can provide useful policy insights for China to improve the construction of international transport channel and practice the concept of green low-carbon development.
