摘　　要：宪法的生命在于实施,但宪法实施并不必然地意味着宪法实现。宪法实施乃宪法实现的客观过程,宪法实现系宪法实施的效果判断。在学理上,宪法实现的概念兼具规范、功能和价值三维属性。从规范维度看,规范实现即宪法实现,它包括实现宪法规则、实现宪法原则以及实现宪法精神。从功能维度看,功能实现即宪法实现,它包括实现宪法经济功能、实现宪法政治功能以及实现宪法文化功能。从价值维度看,价值实现即宪法实现,它包括实现宪法目的性价值以及实现宪法手段性价值。The life of the constitution lies in its implementation,but the implementation of the constitution does not necessarily mean its realization.Constitutional implementation is the objective process of constitutional realization,while constitutional realization is the effect judgment of constitutional implementation.In academic circles,the concept of constitutional implementation has three-dimensional attributes of norms,functions,and values.From the perspective of norms,normative realization is constitutional realization,which includes the realization of constitutional rules,the realization of constitutional principles,and the realization of constitutional spirit.From the perspective of functions,functional realization is constitutional realization,which includes the realization of the economic function of the constitution,the realization of its political function,and the realization of its cultural function.From the perspective of values,value realization is constitutional realization,which includes the realization of its teleological value and the realization of its instrumental value.
