摘　　要：约翰·罗尔斯和阿马蒂亚·森的正义思想分别在理论旨向、分析框架、评价指标、关注视域等方面有所不同,二者针对“最不利者”及非正义状况各执核心利器,即基本善与可行能力,凸显先验制度主义之正义与聚焦现实比较之正义的异质性。罗尔斯的正义理论与森的正义理念源出自各自的哲学思想,同时也是他们长期思想交锋、观念互鉴所释放出的理论能量。由于二者都是出于对人类与社会发展进步的深切关注,这两大异质正义理论实则殊途同归。在辩证哲学视角下,异质个性是共性的基础,以基本善与可行能力的本质属性为切入点,考量两种异质正义理论的异同并探析其正相关性,以期更加全面地认识罗尔斯和森的正义理论是如何回应时代问题、产生实践作用并彰显其世界价值的。John Rawls and Amartya Sen differ in their thoughts of justice in terms of their theoretical tenor,analytical framework,evaluation index,and focus field,respectively.The two hold core weapons for“the most disadvantaged”and unjust situations,namely basic goodness and feasible ability,highlighting the heterogeneity of transcendental institutionalism’s justice and justice focusing on reality comparison.Rawls’theory of justice and Sen’s concept of justice originate from their respective philosophical thoughts,and are also the theoretical energy released from their long-term ideological confrontation and mutual learning.Because both of them are deeply concerned about the development and progress of human beings and society,these two theories of heterogeneous justice actually lead to the same destination.From the perspective of dialectical philosophy,heterogeneous personality is the basis of commonality.This paper takes the essential attributes of basic goodness and feasible ability as the starting point to consider the similarities and differences between the two heterogeneous justice theories and explore their positive correlation,so as to more comprehensively understand how Rawls and Sen’s justice theories respond to the problems of the times,produce practical effects and highlight their world values.
