摘　　要：脓毒症作为小儿急性淋巴细胞白血病(Acute lymphoblastic leukemia,ALL)化疗后常见的感染性并发症,有较高的发病率和死亡率。普通感染在某些危险因素的影响下可以迅速发展成脓毒症,如疾病危险度因素、化疗后复发因素、化疗阶段因素、粒细胞数量与功能、留置静脉导管因素、微生物因素、住院时间等,严重威胁患儿生命安全。因此了解小儿ALL并发脓毒症的相关危险因素,通过早判断、早干预、早治疗,对防止患儿病情进展,提高生存率及生活质量有重要意义。本文就小儿ALL并发脓毒症的相关危险因素进行综述。Sepsis is a common infectious complication of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)chemotherapy with high morbidity and mortality.Common infections can rapidly progress to sepsis under the influence of certain risk factors,such as disease risk factors,recurrence factors after chemotherapy,chemotherapy stage factors,neutrophil number and function,indwelling intravenous catheter factors,microbial factors,hospital stay,etc.,seriously threatening the safety of children's life.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand the risk factors associated with sepsis in children with ALL,and to prevent the progression of the disease and improve the survival rate and quality of life through early judgment,early intervention and early treatment.This article reviews the risk factors associated with sepsis in children with ALL.
