数字经济背景下地方高校人才培养的“数智化”改革——以工商管理专业为例

摘　　要：数字经济时代的到来和新文科建设的全面推进,对工商管理专业如何转型升级,培养跨界融合的复合型管理人才提出了新的挑战。地方高校工商管理专业人才培养的“数智化”改革,需要重新定位人才培养目标,提升毕业要求,围绕“数字化”与“智慧化”两条主线,优化专业模块课程设置,重构原有理论与实践课程体系,并通过建立跨学科协同教学团队、加强校企合作平台建设和提升师资队伍“数智化”教学能力,搭建人才培养“数智化”改革的支撑体系。The advent of the digital economy era and the comprehensive promotion of the construction of new liberal arts have posed new challenges to transforming and upgrading business administration majors and cultivating interdisciplinary compound management talents.The“digital and intelligent”reform of business administration talent cultivation in local universities requires repositioning talent cultivation goals,improving graduation requirements,optimizing curriculum modules with“being digital”and“being intelligent”as the main lines to reconstruct existing theoretical and practical course system,and building a support system for the reform by establishing interdisciplinary collaborative teaching teams,pressing on the construction of university-enterprise cooperation platforms,and improving the“digital and intelligent”teaching capabilities of the teaching staff.
