摘　　要：目的:运用“中医传承辅助平台”软件挖掘艾儒棣教授治疗湿疹的处方用药规律数据,为临床治疗湿疮提供新思路。方法:收集艾儒棣教授符合纳排标准的湿疹处方,通过频数分析、熵聚类、关联规则分析等功能分析艾老治疗湿疹的方药规律。结果:收集内服处方共136首,涉及药物157味。其中使用频次超20次的药物共26味;共有22组药物组合使用频次≥90次;得出12个用于新方聚类的核心药物组合。结论:本文所得结果切合了艾儒棣对本病的认识与主张,体现了艾教授重视脾胃、善用皮药、苦甘并进的学术思想,有利于名老中医诊疗经验与学术思想的传承与传播。Objective:To provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of eczema through data mining of prescriptions and medication patterns of Professor Ai Rudi in the treatment of eczema by using the software of“Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform”.Methods:The eczema prescriptions that met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion were collected,and the data mining methods of frequency analysis,entropy clustering,association rule analysis and other functional analysis were used to analyze the patterns of prescriptions and medicines used by Professor Ai in treating eczema.Results:A total of 136 prescriptions were collected,involving 157 drugs.Among them,26 drugs were used more than 20 times;a total of 22 groups of drug combinations were used≥90 times;12 core drug combinations for new prescription clustering were derived.Conclusion:The results of data mining are consistent with Professor Ai’s views of the disease,reflecting Professor Ai’s academic thought of attaching importance to the spleen and stomach,making good use of the skin medicine and combining bitterness and sweetness,and effectively achieving the transmission and dissemination of the treatment experience and academic thought of the famous veteran Chinese medicine practitioner.
