摘　　要：《儿科醒》为清代医者芝屿樵客所著的一部中医儿科专著,其内容丰富,言语精炼,书中针对儿科诊治之法进行了详细论述,包含芝屿樵客强调“四诊合参,辨证精当”“用药审慎,保护元气”“顾护脾胃,注重调护”“力纠时弊,师古不泥古”等临证经验,并对古今诸多医界弊习进行批判,集中体现了芝屿樵客强调四诊合参,明诊断、慎用药、保元气、顾脾胃、重调护等学术思想及其针砭时弊、悲天悯人的高尚医德,对临床具有一定指导意义。Er Ke Xing is a monograph on pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine written by Zhiyu Qiaoke in the Qing Dynasty.It is rich in content and concise in speech.The book discusses in detail the methods of pediatrics diagnosis and treatment,including Zhiyu Qiaoke’s clinical experience in emphasizing“four diagnostics combined with accurate syndrome differentiation”“prudent use of drugs,protection of Yuan Qi”“care for the Spleen and Stomach,pay attention to nursing”“strive to correct the shortcomings of the times,learn from the past but not the past”,and criticizes many malpractices in the ancient and modern medical circles。It embodies the academic thoughts of Zhiyu Qiaoke,such as emphasizing the combination of four diagnoses,clear diagnosis,careful medication,perserving vitality,caring for the Spleen and Stomach,and paying attention to nursing,as well as his noble medical ethics of criticizing the current shortcomings and sympathizing with the world.It has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
