摘 要:为探明湖北克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)不同养殖群体形态特征差异,本研究通过多元统计分析,对湖北省主养区7个克氏原螯虾群体的形态指标进行分析,结果显示鄂州与江陵群体间的欧式距离最短。基于主成分分析,雌雄克氏原螯虾的前4个主成分累计贡献率分别是86.10%和87.31%,7个群体之间存在一定的差异,体重、头胸甲长、腹长、尾扇长以及第一腹节宽呈现显著性差异,是引起形态差异的主要因素。判别分析显示,7个群体雌性群体判别准确率最高的是江陵群体(83.3%),最低的是石首群体(40.0%),雄性群体判别率最高的是监利群体(90.9%),最低的同样是石首群体(56.7%)。综上结果表明,不同养殖地区克氏原螯虾在形态上有一定的分化。Procambarus clarkii has become an important aquaculture species in China with a promising breeding future,and identification and evaluation of germplasm resources play an important role in its high-quality development.In this study,morphological characteristics of seven populations of P.clarkii(Ezhou,Honghu,Jiangling,Jianli,Shishou,Gongan,Qianjiang)in the main culture area of Hubei Province were analyzed by multivariate analysis.The results showed that the shortest European distance was observed between Ezhou and Jiangling populations.Principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution of the first four principal components of male and female P.clarkii was 86.10%and 87.31%,respectively.Differentiation on some extent was observed among 7 populaitons,and body weight,carapace armor length,abdominal length,telson length and abdominal width showed significant difference,which were the main factors causing morphological differentiation.The results of discriminant analysis showed that the highest discriminant accuracy rates of the seven populations were found in the Jiangling group(83.3%),and the lowest in the Shishou group(40.0%),while the highest discriminant rates of the male populations were found in the Jianli group(90.9%),and the lowest was also found in the Shishou group(56.7%).In summary,the results show that morphological differentiation have existed in P.clarkii from different areas.In this study,we analyzed the morphological differences of P.clarkii in the main breeding regions of Hubei Province,aiming to investigate the differences in morphological characteristics of different breeding groups in Hubei,in order to provide a basis for population identification and germplasm resource mining of P.clarkii.
