摘  要:胶乳改性混凝土(LMC)是一种聚合物改性混凝土。为减少其开裂并提高其耐久性以应用于桥面铺装,提出在LMC中添加不同掺量(1%、2%、3%、5%)的减缩剂,进行新拌混凝土性能试验、强度特性试验、耐久性试验、现场抗裂性能试验等,以验证其综合性能。试验结果表明:添加减缩剂可在不影响新拌LMC和易性的前提下,提高其耐久性和抗开裂性能,同时保证LMC具有良好的强度特性和抗开裂性能,适用于桥面铺装。推荐减缩剂的最佳掺量为3%。Latex modified concrete(LMC)is a kind of polymer modified concrete.In order to reduce its cracking and improve its durability for application in bridge deck pavement,in this study,it has been proposed to add different amounts(1%,2%,3%,5%)of shrinkage reducing agent to LMC,with fresh concrete performance tests,strength characteristic tests,durability tests and on-site crack resistance tests being carried out to verify its comprehensive performance.The test results have shown that the addition of shrinkage reducing agent can improve the durability and cracking resistance of fresh LMC without affecting its workability and ensure good strength characteristics and cracking resistance of LMC,which is suitable for bridge deck pavement.The optimum dosage of shrinkage reducing agent has been recommended to be 3%.
