摘  要:通过不饱和脂肪酸高温处理微米级还原铁粉以进行疏水性修饰,再将其作为微米级种球,借助相似相容原理向该种球体系中引入单体(DVB)及引发剂(AIBN),并在负载过程中共混无机纳米材料,再采用滴涂方式使负载粒子涂覆于基材表面,基于热引发作用发生聚合反应,无需黏合剂作用就可直接形成具有抗结霜功能的金属基无氟超疏水颗粒涂层,同时在抗污自清洁领域显现良好的应用性能。Micron-scale reduced iron powder is treated with unsaturated fatty acids under high temperature conditions for hydrophobicity modification and is used as micro-scale seed ball.Monomers and initiators are in⁃troduced into the seed particle system by the principle of similar phase solubility,and inorganic nanomaterials are mixed during the loading process.Then,the loaded particles are coated on the surface of the substrate us⁃ing a droplet coating method.Based on the thermal initiation of polymerization reactions,metal-based fluorinefree superhydrophobic particulate coatings with frost resistance can be directly formed without the adhesives,and exhibit good anti-fouling and self-cleaning performances.
