摘　　要：锦纶6织物采用酸性和中性染料染色时,由于初染率高、上染速率快,易出现染色不匀的问题。试验选用弱酸性染料尼龙费林系列和中性染料依素伦NHF-S系列对其进行染色,研究了染色温度、醋酸用量、保温时间、匀染剂用量对染色性能的影响,得出最优的染色参数为:醋酸0.3 g/L,匀染剂0.5 g/L,98℃保温40 min。通过试验发现引起染色不匀的主要原因是染色时过早加入醋酸,染料被提前吸尽,以及染色温度对上染速率影响较大,因此可通过降低升温速率并在染色中途添加醋酸的方式延缓锦纶6初染时的上染速率。优化后的染色工艺为:常温入染,以0.5~1℃/min升温至70℃,在70~80℃温度区间内缓慢加入醋酸调节染液pH,以1℃/min升温至98℃,保温40 min。染色织物的耐日晒色牢度均为4级,耐皂洗色牢度均在3~4级以上。In response to the uneven dyeing of nylon 6 fabric with acid dyes and neutral dyes caused by high ini⁃tial dyeing rate and fast dyeing rate,weak acid dyes such as Nylanthrene series and neutral dyes such as Isolan NHF-S series are selected.The effects of dyeing temperature,acetic acid concentration,holding time and lev⁃eling agent concentration on dyeing results are studied.The optimal dyeing parameters are as follows:acetic acid 0.3 g/L,leveling agent 0.5 g/L,dyeing at 98℃for 40 min.It is found that the uneven dyeing is caused by the addition of acetic acid too early during dyeing,which leads to the early exhaustion of the dye.The dyeing temperature has a significant impact on the dyeing rate.Therefore,reducing the heating rate and adding acetic acid midway during dyeing can delay the dyeing rate of nylon 6 during the initial dyeing process.The dyeing pro⁃cess is optimized as:dyeing at room temperature,heating up to 70℃at 0.5-1℃/min,slowly adding acetic acid to adjust the pH of the dye solution within the temperature range of 70-80℃,heating up to 98℃at 1℃/min,and holding for 40 min.The dyed fabrics show Grade 4 of color fastness of to sunlight,and Grade 3-4 of the color fastness to washing.
