摘  要:天然染料染色织物存在耐日晒色牢度差的缺陷,试验采用媒染、棉织物阳离子改性、加入日晒牢度提升剂和有色纤维拼混的方式,探究提升天然染料染色棉织物耐日晒色牢度的方法。研究结果表明:与金属媒染的棉织物相比,通过阳离子改性再染色的棉织物具有较好的耐日晒色牢度。经过日晒牢度提升剂JYE811处理之后,天然红色染料染色的棉织物经过12h日晒后色差小于1.5;天然染料染色棉纤维占比30%时,黄、蓝两种颜色的混合棉纤维经12h日晒后色差均在1.0左右,可满足服用要求。The application of natural dyes in textiles is limited by the poor fastness of natural dyes to sunlight.Measures are put forward including mordant dyeing,cationic modification of cotton fabric,the addition of color fastness enhancer,and mixing of colored fiber.The results show that the cotton fabric with cationic modifica⁃tion has better color fastness to sunlight compared with mordant dyeings.After being treated with JYE811,the color difference of cotton fabric dyed with natural red dye is less than 1.5 after 12 h of sun exposure.When cot⁃ton fibers dyed with natural dyes accounts for 30%,the color difference of yellow and blue mixed cotton fibers after 12 h of sun exposure is about 1.0,which can meet the wearable standard.
