摘 要:探讨在练漂的不同工序中加入阳离子蛋白助剂对棉织物的练漂效果和活性染料轧蒸短流程染色深度、耐摩擦色牢度的影响。结果表明:在冷堆练漂液中加入阳离子蛋白助剂对棉织物练漂效果和染色效果影响不大;在低温浸渍练漂中加入阳离子蛋白助剂对练漂织物白度影响不大,毛效有所降低,染色深度提高;冷堆练漂水洗后再浸轧阳离子蛋白助剂,能显著提高织物的染色深度,丝光整理可进一步提升织物的染色深度;在丝光水洗后浸轧阳离子蛋白助剂,织物的染色深度同样会提高,但耐湿摩擦色牢度下降明显。因此,练漂水洗后浸轧阳离子蛋白助剂,随后进行丝光的工艺较适宜。The effects of adding cationic protein agent in different procedures in scouring and bleaching process on the scouring and bleaching performance of cotton fabrics,the dyeing depth and rubbing fastness of the cot⁃ton fabrics with reactive dyes by padding-steaming shortened process are discussed.The results show that adding cationic protein agent to the cold pad-batch scouring and bleaching solution has little effect on the per⁃formances of the cotton fabric.The addition of cationic protein agent to the low temperature dipping solution has little effect on the whiteness,the capillary effect is reduced,and the dyeing depth is increased.The dyeing depth of cotton fabric can be improved significantly by padding cationic protein agent after cold batching and washing,and the dyeing depth of cotton fabric can be improved by further mercerization.When the cationic protein agent is padded after mercerization and washing,the dyeing depth is also increased,but color fastness to wet rubbing is decreased obviously.Therefore,the appropriate process is put forward,which is,the cotton fabric is first scoured and bleached,followed by padding cationic protein agent and mercerization.
