中国式高等教育现代化视域下的高校招生改革

摘　　要：当前我国高校招生已迈入中国式高等教育现代化的进程之中。“一切为了人民”体现“以人为本”的价值取向,强调“高质量”的质量观,“共同富裕”彰显“优质均衡”的目标导向,三者重塑着高校招生的应然逻辑。诚然,“以人为本”的形式化与欠多样化,“高质量”的局限性,以及“省域不均”“优质不均”的问题与困境阻滞着现代化进程,亟须通过“发展性甄别”推进“以人为本”,以“均衡化”“类型化”助推高质量,以程序规制、“数字扶弱”助力“优质均衡”,为实现现代化高校招生改革提供优化进路。At present,China's college enrollment has been integrated into the process of the modernization of Chinese higher education,in which"everything for the people"reflects the value orientation of"people-oriented",the concept of"high quality"is emphasized,and"common prosperity"highlights the goal orientation of"quality and balance".These three principles reshape the rational logic of college enrollment.However,the formalization and lack of diversification of"people-oriented"principle,the limitations of"high quality",the"uneven development among provinces"and the"uneven quality"are the real dilemma that blocks the process of modernization.It is urgent to promote the"people-oriented"principle through"development screening",promote high quality with"balance"and"types",and promote"quality and balance"with procedural regulation and"digital support for the weak",so as to provide an optimized path for the realization of modern college enrollment reform.
