东北城市群农业高质量发展的时空特征及影响因素

摘　　要：基于2010—2020年东北34个地级市的面板数据,运用熵权-灰色关联法、Kernel核密度估计、莫兰指数、空间变差函数和障碍因子模型,对东北城市群农业高质量发展水平的时空特征和影响因素进行分析。结果表明:考察期间内,东北城市群农业高质量发展水平总体呈波动上升态势。从均值水平来看,吉林省>黑龙江省>辽宁省;从空间格局分布来看,集中分布趋势不断加强,已经形成辽宁省东部、吉林省西部和黑龙江省东部三大集中分布区;从空间关联格局来看,全局呈现空间正相关性,局部集聚区呈现“低低增,高高减,高低减,低高减”特征;从影响因素来看,空间结构性影响逐步增强,随机性影响逐步降低,整体空间差异在减少,但仍存在局部不平衡,绿色发展和科技支撑成为主要障碍因子。加强跨部门合作和协调、建立健全农业绿色发展和科技支撑的工作机制,是推动东北城市群农业高质量发展的重要途径。Based on the panel data of 34 prefecture-level city in northeast China from 2010 to 2020,the indicator system of high-quality agricultural development in northeast urban agglomeration was constructed.Using entropy weight gray correlation method,Kernel Kernel density estimation,Moran's I,spatial variation function and obstacle factor model,the spatio-temporal characteristics and influencing factors of high-quality agricultural development in northeast urban agglomeration were systematically explored.Research shows that during the inspection period,the overall level of high-quality agricultural development in the northeast urban agglomeration showed a fluctuating upward trend.From the average perspective,Jilin province is greater than Heilongjiang Province,which is greater than Liaoning province.From the perspective of spatial pattern distribution,the trend of concentrated distribution is constantly strengthening,and three major concentrated distribution areas have been formed:eastern Liaoning Province,western Jilin Province,and eastern Heilongjiang Province.From the perspective of spatial correlation pattern,there is a global positive spatial correlation,while local agglomeration areas exhibit the characteristics of ″incrementally low;decrementally high;decrementally high and low;decrementally low and high″.From the perspective of influencing factors,the spatial structural impact is gradually increasing,the random impact is gradually decreasing,and the overall spatial differences are decreasing.However,there is still a local imbalance,and green development and technological support have become the main obstacles.Strengthening cross departmental cooperation and coordination,establishing a sound working mechanism for green agricultural development and technological support,are important ways to promote high-quality agricultural development in northeast urban agglomerations.
