摘　　要：通过对2 800 dtex/2聚酰胺66高旦特种帘子布的加捻、织布、浸胶等工序的生产实践,探讨加捻锭速、尼龙钩规格、钢筘设计、接头质量、过渡布等参数对生产控制和产品质量的影响。结果表明,使用合适的锭速、聚酰胺钩可保证帘线加捻稳定,强力损失小,强力保持率高;合适的筘齿厚度、筘空宽度等可确保经线在织布穿筘、运行过程的稳定性,布面平整性;合适的过渡布长度、个数、缝头质量等可提升浸胶布外观质量。工艺优化后,高旦浸胶帘子布质量进一步提高,满足了客户的要求,提升了神马牌浸胶帘子布的产品形象。Based on the production practice of twisting,weaving and glue dipped processes of 2800 dtex/2 polyamide 66 high denier special tyre cord fabric,the influences of twisting spindle speed,nylon hook speci⁃fication,reed design,joint quality,transition cloth and other parameters on production control and product quality were investigated.The results show that the suitable spindle speed and nylon hook can ensure the cord twisting stability,small strength loss and high strength retention rate.Proper thickness of reed tooth and width of reed can ensure the stability of warp in the process of knitting and reed,and the smoothness of the cloth surface.Appropriate length,number of transition cloth and quality of seam head can improve the appearance quality of dip tape cloth.After the process optimization,the quality of high denier dipped rub⁃ber tyre cord fabric is further improved,which meets the quality requirements of customers,and improves the product image of what brand dipped rubber curtain fabric.
