摘　　要：简单介绍在超柔性聚纺一体化熔体直纺装置上,采用原位聚合法生产技术生产288 dtex全消光扁平涤纶预取向丝(POY)的生产工艺。重点阐述了消光剂添加位置、纺丝组件装配工艺、油剂选用、卷绕丝路系统改造和底层丝工艺等,试验表明:在低聚物管道添加消光剂,60~80目金属砂搭配1400目金属过滤网,选用恒隆TK-3518B油剂,底层预网络压力调高,底层丝含油率调高等工艺,生产稳定性高,产品外观、物性指标优异,后道加弹顺畅,染色M率高。The production process of 288 dtex full-dull flat polyester pre-oriented yarn(POY)by in-situ po⁃lymerization was briefly introduced on the super flexible melt direct spinning unit integrating polymeriza⁃tion and spinning.The adding position of matting agent,the assembly process of spinning components,the selection of oil agent,the transformation of winding filaments path system and the process of bottom fila⁃ments were discussed.The test shows that under the processes of adding matting agent in the oligomer pipe⁃line,mixing 60~80 mesh metal sand with 1400 mesh metal filter screen,selecting Henglong TK-3518B oil agent,increasing the pressure of the bottom pre-network,and increasing the oil content of the bottom fila⁃ments,the production stability is high,the product appearance and physical property index are excellent,the back stretch process is smooth,and the dyeing M rate is high.
