涤纶用防返沾型除油剂的配方设计

摘  要:涤纶在染色加工过程中前处理除油不净,会导致染料拒染纤维,形成白斑。涤纶织物前处理在高温条件下进行,在降低温度排液过程中,油剂会破乳返沾到纤维表面。为了复配一种具有对油污防返沾效果明显的涤纶除油剂,以FMEE、M800、AEO-5、PAS80为因素设计正交试验,分析了几种原料对油污乳化与防返沾的影响,确定了防返沾型除油剂最佳的质量配比为:M80015%、FMEE15%、AEO-510%、PAS805%,其他成分与去离子水补足100%。If the oil is not cleaned thoroughly in the dyeing process of polyester fiber,the dye will refuse ad⁃sorbing the fiber and white spots are formed.The pretreatment of polyester fabric is carried out at high tem⁃perature,and in the process of reducing the temperature and discharging liquid,the oil emulsion can break and stick back to the fiber surface.FMEE,M800,AEO-5 and PAS80 were used as raw materials in order to compound de-oiling agent with obvious oil stain prevention for polyester fiber.The effects of several raw materials on oil emulsification and anti-staining were analyzed by orthogonal test,and the best mass ratio of anti-staining de-oiling agent was determined as follows:M80015%,FMEE 15%,AEO-510%,PAS805%,and the other components and deionized water were supplemented to 100%.
