摘  要:在不同热氧老化时长下,对四种胶粉改性沥青混合料进行四点弯曲疲劳试验,并采用劲度衰减速率D_(v)作为评价指标。分析结果表明:D_(v)能够较好地反映胶粉沥青混合料疲劳损伤速率的变化趋势。应变控制模式下,胶粉沥青混合料的疲劳损伤速率呈三阶段发展:第一阶段激增,第二阶段骤减,在第一、二阶段间存在速率峰值;第三阶段中,随着加载次数增加,D_(v)缓慢下降,且在双对数坐标下呈线性规律。随着老化时长增加,胶粉改性沥青混合料的疲劳寿命随之下降,D_(v)明显升高。D_(v)曲线峰值在双对数坐标下与胶粉沥青混合料的疲劳寿命线性相关。由D_(v)曲线峰值分析可知,长期老化对胶粉改性沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响更为严重。SDYK型温拌剂的加入降低了老化前后胶粉改性沥青混合料的D_(v),提高了混合料的疲劳寿命。In order to study the influence of thermal and oxygen aging on the fatigue performance of rubber powder modified asphalt mixture,four-point bending fatigue tests were carried out on four rubber powder modified asphalt mixture under different thermal and oxygen aging duration,and the stiffness decay rate was used as the evaluation index to analyze.The results show that the stiffness decay rate(Dv)can better reflect the variation trend of fatigue damage rate of rubber powder asphalt mixture.According to Dv analysis,under strain control mode,the fatigue damage rate of asphalt mixture develops in three stages.In the first stage,the rate increases sharply,and decreases sharply in the second stage,and there is a peak rate between the first and second stages.In the third stage,Dv decreases slowly with the increase of loading times,and shows a linear law in logarithmic coordinates.With the aging time increasing,the fatigue life of the asphalt mixture decreases and the stiffness decay rate increases obviously.The peak value of Dv curve is linearly correlated with the fatigue life of asphalt mixture under logarithmic coordinates.According to the peak value analysis of Dv curve,the influence of long-term aging on fatigue performance of asphalt mixture modified by rubber powder is more serious.SDYK warm mixing agent can reduce the decay rate of stiffness and improve the fatigue life of asphalt mixture before and after aging.
