摘 要:为了解纺丝工艺参数对22 dtex/68 f锦纶6全牵伸丝性能的影响,以锦纶半光切片为原料,通过高速熔融纺丝制备22 dtex/68 f锦纶6全牵伸丝。文章分别探讨了定形温度、卷绕速度、牵伸倍率、环吹风风压等工艺参数对22 dtex/68 f锦纶6全牵伸丝断裂强度、断裂伸长率、热收缩率以及条干不匀率等物理性能的影响。结果表明:丝束经过高温定形,断裂强度增大,条干不匀率降低。但提高卷绕速度或牵伸倍率,会使断裂强度减小,条干不匀率增大。环吹风风压主要影响纤维的条干不匀率。经过纺丝工艺优化,22 dtex/68 f锦纶6全牵伸丝的断裂强度为5.33 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为24.37%,条干不匀率为0.83%,生产过程稳定,产品品质稳定。22 dtex/68 f nylon 6 full draw yarns were prepared by high-speed melt spinning using semi-dull nylon chips as raw material and the effects of spinning process parameters on the properties of 22 dtex/68 f nylon 6 full draw yarns were discussed.The study examined the impact of various parameters,such as temperature,spinning speed,draw ratio,blowing pressure,and others,on the properties of 22 dtex/68 f nylon 6 full draw yarns.The properties analyzed included breaking strength,elongation at break,thermal shrinkage,and CV%.The results indicate that increasing the temperature setting leads to an increase in the breaking strength of the yarns and a decrease in the CV%.However,increasing the spinning speed or the draw ratio will reduce the breaking strength and increase the CV%.The blowing pressure mainly affected the CV%.After optimizing the production process,both the quality and stability were achieved.The breaking strength,elongation at break,and CV%of the 22 dtex/68 f nylon 6 full draw yarn were measured at 5.33 cN/dtex,24.37%,and 0.83%,respectively.
