匀染剂TF-213HA对分散蓝354的染色性能研究

摘　　要：针对分散蓝354在染整加工过程中易出现色花、色点等问题,文章研究了匀染剂对分散蓝354染色性能的影响。结果表明:不同类型匀染剂对染料分散性、扩散性应用效果存在差异,阴离子、非离子表面活性剂复配有增效作用,匀染剂TF-213HA对分散蓝354的染色性能提升明显,布面均匀性好。The paper focuses on addressing the issues of colored spots and color bars that occur during the dyeing and finishing process of Disperse Blue 354.It examines how the use of a leveling agent affects the dyeing performance of Disperse Blue 354.Results indicated that the impact of various leveling agents on the dispersibility and diffusibility of dyes varied,and there was a synergistic effect when combining anionic and non-ionic surfactants.Thereinto,the addition of the leveling agent TF-213HA significantly improved the dyeing performance of Disperse Blue 354.And the fabric surface shows good uniformity.
