抗撕裂浮子式围油栏纤维增强层设计与整理的研究

摘  要:日益频发的海上溢油事故不仅会造成巨大的经济损失,而且对环境影响恶劣,使用围油栏围油是目前全球清除溢油的主要方法。文章针对现有围油栏抗撕裂性差、耐低温性差、收放不便等缺陷,重点研究了浮子式围油栏纤维增强层的设计,将设计的纱罗织物编织技术应用其中,大幅提高围油栏的层间黏合强度和撕裂强度,解决了围油栏在冰面和岸边展放时易被划破的难题。对浮子进行结构设计和特殊处理,在浮子和围油栏裙体可分离的前提下,既能保证围油栏的漂浮性,又能保证浮子与裙体连接的可靠性,避免一般围油栏因使用过程中气室被扎破而影响围油效果。同时,重点探讨织物涂层材料整理过程中各工艺参数对围油栏裙体胶布成型整理的影响,在此基础上完成了抗撕裂可分离浮子式围油栏试制并形成整体设计工艺。产品较充气式围油栏和固体浮子式围油栏综合性能强、性价比高,成果具备技术推广和产业化条件。Increasingly frequent marine oil spills not only cause huge economic losses but also take a heavy toll on the environment.The use of oil containment booms is the major international method of removing oil spills.Aiming at the defects of existing booms such as poor tear resistance,poor low-temperature resistance and inconvenience in stowage,the paper focuses on the design of the fiber-reinforced layer of the float-type booms,and applies the designed leno weave technology to it,which greatly improves the interlayer adhesion strength and tear strength of the booms,and avoids the problem that the booms are easy to be scratched when spreading in the ice surface and on the shore.Under the premise that the floating part and the skirt of the boom can be separated,structural design and special treatment of the floating part can ensure the floatability of the boom and the reliability of the float and the skirt connection,as well as avoid affect the effect of oil containment due to the puncture of the air chamber in the course of the use of general booms.Meanwhile,the paper focuses on the process parameters of coating finishing on the molding and finishing of tape on the oil containment boom skirt.Based on that,the trial production of the tear-resistant separable float-type boom is completed;a relevant overall design process has been formed.The product has stronger comprehensive performance and higher cost performance than inflatable boom and solid float-type boom,and the results have the conditions for technology promotion and industrialization.
