摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收法测定了5种烟丝10种卷烟纸组合而成的49种卷烟中烟丝的7种金属元素含量,从烟丝的组成、常规化学成分、金属元素含量以及卷烟纸参数四个方面分析烟丝及卷烟纸组合对卷烟焦油量的影响.通过构建烟丝和卷烟纸共变的卷烟样品体系,研究了两者对焦油量的共同影响及相对重要性.实验结果表明:烟丝和卷烟纸组合是影响焦油量的重要因素,两者共同解释了焦油量变异的81.9%,烟丝的影响大于卷烟纸,解释了焦油量变异的48.6%;烟丝中钠含量与焦油量呈正相关关系,镁、锰、钾与焦油量呈负相关关系.卷烟纸参数对焦油量的影响存在交互作用,但其影响的趋势和程度会受到烟丝中参数的影响.在烟丝、卷烟纸共变体系中,烟丝是影响焦油量的主要因素、卷烟纸是次要因素.The content of 7 metal elements in 49 kinds of cigarettes composed of 5 kinds of tobacco and 10 kinds of cigarette paper was determined by flame atomic absorption method,the effects of the combination of tobacco and cigarette paper on cigarette tar content were analyzed from four aspects:composition of tobacco,conventional chemical composition,metal element content and parameters of cigarette paper.By constructing a cigarette sample system with co-variation of cigarette tobacco and cigarette paper,the joint effect and relative importance of the two on the tar content were studied.The results show that:The combination of tobacco and cigarette paper was an important factor affecting the tar content,which together explained 81.9%of the variation of tar content,and the effect of tobacco was greater than that of cigarette paper,which explained 48.6%of the variation of tar content.The sodium content in the cut tobacco was positively correlated with the tar content,while the magnesium,manganese and potassium were negatively correlated with the tar content.The influence of cigarette paper parameters on the amount of tar content is interactive,but the trend and degree of its influence are affected by the parameters in the tobacco.In the covariant system of tobacco and cigarette paper,tobacco is the main factor affecting the amount of tar content,and cigarette paper is the secondary factor.
