摘  要:本研究基于响应面分析法,对多通道烘缸的换热性能与转速和蒸汽质量流速的关系进行了分析,并进行了参数优化.结果表明,在低蒸汽质量流速下,转速对于换热效果的提升并不明显,而高质量流速下,转速对于换热性能的影响是高于质量流速的.当转速较低时,换热性能在蒸汽气相雷诺数为33000左右时达到最大;而在高转速条件下,蒸汽质量流速的提高对换热性能的提升十分显著.为获取最佳换热效果,根据响应面方程可知:对于质量流速与转速均可在实验区间内调整的情况下,两参数在都达到实验区间最大值时,换热性能最好;当转速一定时,质量流速应至少保证气相雷诺数Re_(g)不小于30841.80;当质量流速不能保证Re_(g)大于32323.21时,转速应当降至较低水平,反之则维持Re_(g)的取值满足对应的线性关系;当蒸汽质量流速一定时,若质量流速对应的Re_(g)小于26286.71,保持区间内最低转速可以获得最佳换热效果,反之保持区间内最高转速.Based on response surface analysis method,the relationship between the heat transfer characteristics and the rotating speed and steam mass flow rate of the multi-channel cylinder dryer was analyzed,and the parameters were optimized.The results show that the effect of rotating speed on heat transfer characteristics is not obvious at low steam mass flow rate,but the effect of rotating speed on heat transfer characteristics is higher than that at high steam mass flow rate.When the rotating speed is low,the heat transfer characteristics reach the maximum value,at the gas-phase Reynolds number in 33000.When the rotating speed breaks through a certain value,the improvement of steam mass flow rate has an obvious effect on the improvement of heat transfer characteristics.In order to obtain the best heat transfer effect,according to the response surface equation,it can be seen that:For the mass flow rate and rotational speed can be adjusted within the experimental interval,the two parameters in both to reach the maximum value of the experimental interval,the heat transfer is best;When the rotational speed is certain,the mass flow rate should be ensured that the gas phase Reynolds number Re_(g) is at least not less than 30841.80;when the mass flow rate cannot be ensured that the Re_(g) is greater than 32323.21,the rotational speed should be reduced to a lower level,and conversely,maintaining the value of Re_(g) to satisfy the corresponding linear relationship;When the steam mass flow rate is certain,if the mass flow rate corresponding to Re_(g) is less than 26286.71,maintaining the lowest speed in the interval will give the best heat transfer,and conversely,maintaining the highest speed in the interval.
