摘 要:吊箱围堰是现代大型桥梁深基坑施工中常见的临时围堰结构,围堰结构的设计计算验证是确保安全的必要程序。以福厦铁路湄洲湾跨海大桥吊箱围堰为例,介绍浅滩处裸岩深基坑中吊箱围堰结构设计的详细步骤及设计注意要点,采用理论分析和有限元软件分析,模拟吊箱围堰施工过程中各阶段受力状况。从现场实施情况来看,所采取的方法能够保证基坑施工过程中的结构稳定。Hanging box cofferdam is a common temporary cofferdam structure in the construction of deep foundation pit of modern large Bridges.The design,calculation and verification of cofferdam structure is a necessary procedure to ensure the safety.In this paper,taking the hanging box cofferdam of Meizhou Bay Bridge of Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway as an example,the detailed steps and design points of the hanging box cofferdam structure design in the bare rock deep foundation pit at the shoal are introduced.Theoretical analysis and finite element software analysis are used to simulate the stress conditions in each stage of the construction process of hanging box cofferdam.From the field implementation,the adopted method can ensure the stability of the structure in the process of foundation pit construction.
