陶粒混凝土找坡层施工技术及质量控制研究

摘　　要：找坡层作为屋面施工的基础,其施工质量对建筑屋面排水有着重要影响。现实中应用保温材料找坡造价太高,为节省成本,常用混凝土进行找坡层施工。当前针对屋面工程的技术研究多集中在防水层及保温层两个方面,对找坡层施工的研究较少。为积累找坡层施工经验,结合项目实例,针对陶粒混凝土找坡层施工展开研究,总结陶粒混凝土的性能特点、施工技术要点及质量控制措施,以供参考。Slope finding layer is the foundation of roof construction,and its construction quality has an important impact on building roof drainage.In reality,the application of thermal insulation materials to find slope because the cost is too high,so in order to save costs,commonly used concrete to find slope layer construction.At present,the technical research of roofing engineering mainly focuses on the two aspects of waterproof layer and thermal insulation layer,and the research of slope finding layer construction is relatively small.In view of this,in order to accumulate experience in the construction of slope finding layer,the paper studies the construction of slope finding layer of ceramsite concrete by combining project examples,summarizes and introduces the performance characteristics,construction technical points and quality control measures of ceramsite concrete for reference.
