摘　　要：随着科技水平的不断提升,工程项目建设中应用到的新技术越来越多,BIM技术便是其中之一。BIM技术具有操作较灵活、直观及信息共享等优势,能够实现精细化、系统性管理。将BIM技术合理应用到医院工程建设施工造价管理过程中,能够有效提高施工阶段的造价管理效率与精确度,促进工程项目造价更合理。基于此,从医院这类建筑工程的施工造价管理角度入手,探讨在医院工程施工造价管理中应用BIM技术的实际情况,仅供参考。With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,more and more new technologies are applied in the construction of engineering projects,and BIM technology is one of them.BIM technology has the advantages of flexible operation,intuitive and information sharing,and can achieve fine and systematic management.The reasonable application of BIM technology to the construction cost management process of hospital engineering construction can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of the construction stage of the cost management,and promote the cost of the project to be more reasonable.Based on this,this paper starts from the perspective of construction cost management of such building projects as hospitals,and discusses the actual situation of applying BIM technology in the construction cost management of hospital projects,for reference only.
