摘  要:针对高端装备单元化制造系统薄弱环节难以识别的问题,提出一种基于时间序列的重要度分析方法。该方法将特定时刻的传统重要度计算方法扩展到特定时间段内设备重要度,挖掘了设备可靠性、加工单元可靠性与系统可靠性的时间序列关系,利用线性拟合斜率评估设备的重要程度,提高了单元化制造系统制造过程关键设备的识别能力。通过设备退化相关参数灵敏度分析,总结了设备退化相关参数发生改变时设备的重要度变化规律,验证了时间序列重要度在识别关键设备和关键加工单元过程中的有效性。Aiming at the problem to difficultly identify the weak links of the cellular manufacturing system,a method for analyzing the importance measure based on the time series is proposed.The method extends the traditional importance measure calculation method at a specific time to the equipment importance measure in a specific time period,and the time series relationship among the equipment reliability,manufacturing cell reliability and system reliability is mined.It uses the slope of linear fitting to evaluate the importance measure of the equipment,and improves the identification ability of key equipment in the manufacturing process of the cellular manufacturing system.Through the sensitivity analysis of equipment degradation parameters,the change rule of the equipment importance measure when the equipment degradation parameters change is summarized,and the effectiveness of the time series importance measure in the identification of the key equipment and key manufacturing cells is verified.
