摘  要:发展残疾人可持续就业,实现包括残疾人在内的“全面小康”,对我国经济社会发展并解决当前社会主要矛盾起着至关重要的作用。当前,尽管残疾人就业形式多样,但仍存在就业比例不高、工作稳定性不强,就业渠道单一等问题,残疾人在劳动力市场处境困难。导致这些问题产生的原因包括相关政策制度不够完善、传统残疾人观的影响、残疾人自身的教育水平受限以及无障碍环境设计缺失等。因此,积极探索一条更适应残疾人发展、促进残疾人康复的就业途径是当前残疾人事业发展的工作重心。The development of sustainable employment for persons with disabilities and the realization of a“overall well-off society”,including persons with disabilities,play a crucial role in China’s economic and social development and in solving the current major social contradictions.Although there are various forms of employment for persons with disabilities at present,there are still many problems,such as a low proportion of employment,weak job stability,and single employment channel,making it difficult for persons with disabilities to obtain a place in the labor market.The reasons for these problems include that the relevant policies and systems need to be improved,the influence of traditional concepts,the limited education level of persons with disabilities,and the lack of barrier-free environment design.Therefore,actively exploring a more suitable employment path for the development of persons with disabilities and for the promotion of their rehabilitation is the work focus of the current development of the cause for persons with disabilities.
