新文科背景下法学教育的反思、挑战与应对

摘　　要：新文科是在传统文科基础上多学科交叉融合,学科与现代科技相结合的新的人文社会科学,新文科具有与传统文科不同的新的特点。新文科背景下,反思传统法学教育,不难发现其存在法学教学目标定位不准确,教学质量偏低,忽视法律实践的重要性以及法学教育的阶段性考试制度存在问题等不足。新文科背景下,传统法学教育面临如何培养适合社会要求的法律专门人才,如何在“互联网+”时代背景变革传统教育理念与方法,如何培养国际化法律人才等挑战。为此,必须通过将高速发展的科技与法学教育结合,促进法学与其他学科交叉发展,重视法律实践技能的培养,重视传统法学教育和新文科之间的内在联系,努力提升教师的教学水平等对策以应对新文科背景下法学教育面临的挑战,培养新时代卓越法律人才。The new liberal arts is a new humanities and social science which combines the traditional liberal arts with modern science and technology.The new liberal arts has new characteristics different from the traditional liberal arts.In the context of the new liberal arts,it is not difficult to reflect on the shortcomings of traditional law education,such as inaccu-rate teaching objectives,low teaching quality,ignoring the importance of legal practice and problems in the phased examina-tion system of law education.Under the background of the new liberal arts,the traditional legal education is faced with the challenges of how to train legal professionals who meet the requirements of the society,how to change the traditional educa-tional concepts and methods in the background of the“Internet+”era,and how to train international legal talents.There-fore,it is necessary to combine the rapid development of science and technology with legal education,promote the cross-de-velopment of law and other disciplines,attach importance to the training of legal practice skills,attach importance to the in-ternal connection between traditional legal education and new liberal arts,and strive to improve the teaching level of teach-ers to cope with the challenges faced by legal education under the background of new liberal arts,and cultivate outstanding legal talents in the new era.
