摘  要:为探索一种节能环保、绿色低碳的中华鳖养殖新模式,利用条件相似的2组室外池塘进行了桃-鳖种养模式和鱼-鳖混养模式对比养殖试验,比较和分析了2种模式下池塘水质变化规律。结果显示:试验过程中,2种模式下池塘水体总氨氮(TAN)质量浓度无规律性变化,但桃-鳖种养模式的TAN质量浓度在试验后期显著低于鱼-鳖混养模式(P<0.05);试验期间,桃-鳖种养模式下水体亚硝酸盐氮(NO 2--N)和硝酸盐氮(NO 3--N)质量浓度均显著低于鱼-鳖混养模式(P<0.05),并均呈现逐渐降低的变化趋势;而鱼-鳖混养模式下水体NO 2--N质量浓度呈现先降后升再降的变化趋势,NO 3--N质量浓度呈先升后降的变化趋势。桃-鳖种养模式水体的酸碱度(pH)呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,而鱼-鳖混养模式的水体pH则呈先升高后降低再升高的变化趋势,且桃-鳖种养模式水体的pH的水体显著高于鱼-鳖混养模式(P<0.05);2种模式下水体高锰酸盐指数(COD Mn)随着养殖时间的推移均略有升高并趋于稳定,且桃-鳖种养模式的COD Mn显著低于鱼-鳖混养模式(P<0.05);鱼-鳖混养模式中水体总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)质量浓度均呈现逐渐升高趋势,而桃-鳖种养模式的TN质量浓度呈逐渐降低趋势,TP质量浓度则呈现先升高后降低的变化趋势。养殖试验后期,桃-鳖种养模式水体的TN和TP质量浓度均显著低于鱼-鳖混养模式。结果表明,桃-鳖种养模式在水质调控方面更优于鱼-鳖混养模式。In order to explore a new culture model of Pelodiscus sinensis with energy-saving,environmental protection,green and low-carbon,a comparative culture experiments were carried out to analyze the changes of pond water quality under two culture models of P.sinensis(peach-turtle cultivation model and fish-turtle mixed culture model)in two groups of outdoor ponds with similar conditions.The results showed that there was no regular change in TAN concentration in the two models,but the TAN concentration in the peach-turtle cultivation model was significantly lower than that in the fish-turtle mixed culture model at the late stage of the experiment(P<0.05).The concentrations of NO 2--N and NO 3--N in peach-turtle cultivation model were significantly lower than those in fish-turtle mixed aquaculture model(P<0.05),and showed a gradually decreasing trend during the experiment.However,the concentration of NO 2--N in fish-turtle mixed aquaculture model decreased first,then increased and then decreased with the time,and the NO 3--N concentration increased first and then decreased.The pH of peach-turtle cultivation model increased first and then decreased,while that of the fish-turtle mixed model increased first and then decreased and then increased,and the pH value of peach-turtle cultivation model was significantly higher than that of fish-turtle mixed model(P<0.05).The COD Mn index of the two models increased slightly and tended to be stable with the passing of culture time,and the COD Mn of the peach-turtle cultivation mode was significantly lower than that of the fish-turtle mixed culture model(P<0.05).The concentrations of TN and TP in fish-turtle mixed culture model showed an increasing trend,while the TN concentration in peach-turtle cultivation model decreased gradually,and the concentration of TP increased first and then decreased.Among them,the TN and TP concentrations in the peach-turtle cultivation model were significantly lower than those in the fish-turtle mixed model at the late stage of aquaculture.In summary,t
